Decide site design by viewing WordPress theme demos

I often receive feedback from TCD users I’ve actually met, saying things like, “When I look at the TCD demo site, I start imagining what kind of site I’d like to create,” or “I never planned on making a gallery site, but I did after seeing the TCD theme.” Sometimes people search for WordPress themes with a specific site in mind, but in this case, it’s the opposite. They look at WordPress themes and decide on the site they want to create.

Many companies only have a corporate website. However, when they see these kinds of media, they start thinking it might be interesting to share information this way or to create a gallery of products for PR purposes. For bloggers, they might start imagining creating satellite sites or portfolio sites. By looking at demo sites, they can see a path that leads to increasing their company’s sales.

This phenomenon is a dream come true for us, but I also feel it’s ideal for users. Even if someone has a site they want to create, there are often many things that make it difficult to reproduce. Trying to create something from scratch not only costs time and money but also sometimes leads to plans falling apart midway. The hurdle to action is much higher, so it’s quite likely to happen.

However, when someone gets inspiration from the TCD theme, they expand their imagination from the perspective of “what they can do.” The time and cost from purchasing a WordPress theme to starting operations are clearly different, making it easier to take immediate action and leave a tangible result. I think this is a significant difference.
